Halloween 2026: Hallow Hordes, Hallow Log, Pumpkin Beacon and Captain Marrow

Halloween runs in Orbit Legacy from October 19 to November 2. This is the complete guide: every event system, what it gives, how often, and the limits you should know before you plan your two weeks.
Hallow Hordes
A purple rift sits in the middle of every X-1 and X-8 map. Jump into it to open the Hallow Hordes room: create your own room or use Quick join. Invite pilots from your group or your friends, or let matchmaking fill the free slots with pilots of any faction. The room leader can kick, close slots and play alone. When everyone is ready, a 5 second countdown starts and you all jump together.
- Each run costs one Hallow Hordes Ticket. You get one free ticket every day from the Daily Halloween Gift (Pilot Profile > Rewards > Daily, a new one at 00:00 UTC), plus more from the Hallow Calendar, Captain Marrow, the Halloween PvP goal, the Hallow Box and the Gold Shop.
- Everyone flies the same ship inside. Your own gear, drones, pet and inventory are never used and never at risk. Nothing from inside comes out, except the candies you earn.
- Rounds are endless. Every round brings more aliens with more health and more damage, and every 5th round brings The Headless Courier, the boss.
- Every kill pays Hallow Coins, fixed per alien type: 60, 90, 150 and 240 for the four kinds of Hollow Wraith, 900 for the boss. In a group the pilot who lands the kill gets the full amount and everyone who hit it in the last 10 seconds gets half.
Spend your Hallow Coins
- Hollow Outpost (centre, free): lasers, generators, drones, extras, x1 ammo and a Full Repair.
- East Gate (750) opens the Wraith Depot: better lasers and generators, x2 ammo.
- North Gate (1,500) opens the Lantern Forge: top lasers and shields, x3 ammo.
- Vault Gate (500) opens the Ashen Vault: x4 ammo and the Soul Anvil, where you enchant the gear you bought inside with Hallow Coins, from +1 all the way to PEN. Each attempt has a success chance, and a fail never lowers the level. You only lose the coins.
- West Gate (2,500) leads to the Pumpkin Altar. Light the three lanterns first (stay next to each one for 20 seconds), then roll it for 750 coins: high tier gear, a few tier 4 pieces, or a full refill.
- Perks, one of each per run, each more expensive than the last: Iron Hull (+50% hull), Ghost Engine (+30% speed), Harvest (+25% Hallow Coins per kill), Second Wind (revive yourself once) and Overclock (+30% damage).
- Full Repair costs 150 coins the first time and 150 more each time you buy it in the same run.
- Gates and lanterns are shared by the whole group.
Drops inside
3% of kills, and the boss always, drop a power-up: 2X Hallow Coins for 30 seconds, KILL (every shot destroys a normal alien for 15 seconds), FIX (full repair for the whole group) or NUKE (wipes every alien on the field and pays 600 coins to everyone).
Going down
Solo, dying ends the run. In a group you are downed for 30 seconds and a teammate can revive you by staying next to you for 3 seconds. If everyone is down, the run ends. Leaving, dying or disconnecting all pay out the same: your candies for the rounds you cleared.
Rewards per run
Candies are bound and go to your real inventory when you leave. T1 is Ghost Taffy, T2 Witch's Brew Drop, T3 Wraith Mint, T4 Lantern Toffee, T5 Blood Moon Drop and T6 Samhain Heart:

Your best round, solo and in a group, goes to the event leaderboards in the room.
Hallow Log
The Hallow Log is a 20-page event book, open to every pilot from day one. Pages come in order: complete the goals on a page, claim it, and the next one opens. Pumpkin boxes, candies, kills and your best round all count from the start of the event, so nothing you did before a page opened is lost.
- Free rewards on every page: 100 Arcane Stones, 15 Stellar Stones and 20 Antimatter in total, plus +10 lt of cargo on page 5, +1 Fortune on page 10 (a permanent failstack in the Fortune Enhancement Chance row, it never goes away) and a +50 Advice on page 20. Page 1 gives you the Pumpkin Beacon.
- The Hallow Pass (1,500 gold, Gold Shop) adds a Rare Cron Stone Bundle on page 5, the Ghost Blast death effect on page 10, a Hallow Box on page 15, the Pumpkin Iris drone skin on page 20 and a Loot Scroll (1h) on each of the other 16 pages. Buying it late pays the pages you already claimed at once.
- The goals: enter Hallow Hordes, clear rounds solo and in a group, open gates, light lanterns, roll the altar, collect pumpkin boxes and candies, scan haunted wrecks in your company maps, solve two riddles, hunt The Headless Courier and take part in a World Boss kill.
Pumpkin Beacon and candies
Claim the Pumpkin Beacon for free on page 1 of the Hallow Log. It holds 1,000 pumpkin boxes at one box per minute, it is bound to your account and it disappears once its boxes run out or when the event ends.

Candies are bound and weigh nothing. On November 2 every Pumpkin Beacon is removed, used or not; the candies you collected stay.
Captain Marrow
The ghost freighter The Last Lantern docks next to the rift. Captain Marrow trades candies for rewards, with a limit per pilot on the rarer ones:

Hallow Calendar
A 14-day login calendar, in the same window as your daily one. One gift per day of login, in order, and you never lose progress if you skip a day. The calendar stays open for 20 days, until November 8, six days longer than the rest of the event.
Daily Halloween Gift and Profile goals
- Daily Halloween Gift: one Hallow Hordes Ticket every day until November 2, in Pilot Profile > Rewards > Daily, under the Daily gift. A new one is ready at 00:00 UTC. Press Y to open it on PC.
- Event goals in Pilot Profile > Rewards > Event, only during the event: destroy 2,000 aliens for 10 Witch's Brew Drop, collect 100 bonus boxes for 20 Ghost Taffy, and destroy 25 enemy pilots for a Hallow Hordes Ticket.
