Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and Orbit Legacy ("we", "us"). They cover the game, the website at orbitlegacy.com and every related service. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to play. If you are a minor in your country, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be made or approved by them.

3. Your account

• You need a valid email address, or a Google or Apple sign-in, to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Anything done from your account counts as done by you.
• Accounts belong to one person. Buying, selling, sharing or transferring accounts is not allowed.
• You can delete your account at any time from your web profile. Deletion becomes final after a 15 day grace period.

4. License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Orbit Legacy for entertainment. The game, its art, names and code remain our property. This license ends if your account is terminated.

5. Virtual items and Qcoin

• Qcoin, gold, credits, ships and items are virtual content. They have no real-world value and are not your property; you receive a limited license to use them inside the game.
• Qcoin purchases are final. See the Refund Policy for the details and the exceptions required by law.
• Selling virtual items or accounts for real money (RMT) is forbidden and leads to account termination.
• We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as part of game updates.

6. Rules of conduct

The following lead to warnings, suspensions or a permanent ban, at our discretion:

• Cheating, botting, macros, exploiting bugs or using modified clients.
• Real-money trading of items, currency or accounts.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats or spam in chat, names or the forum.
• Impersonating staff or other players.
• Attacking or disrupting the service itself.

Found a bug? Report it through the Help Center instead of exploiting it.

7. Your content

Text you post (chat, pilot names, clan names, forum posts) stays yours, but you give us permission to display and moderate it inside the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

8. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Stripe through this website. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Qcoin is delivered to your account immediately after payment.

9. Service availability

Orbit Legacy is a live online game. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and maintenance, updates or technical issues can interrupt play. We may change gameplay, content and features over time. If the service is ever discontinued, we will give reasonable notice on the website.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. Where reasonable we warn first, but serious violations (cheating, RMT, fraud, chargebacks filed in bad faith) can result in an immediate permanent ban. Terminated accounts lose access to their virtual content without compensation.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that your local consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game evolves. For significant changes we will post a notice on the website. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
