LEGAL
Refund Policy

1. The short version
Qcoin is virtual currency delivered to your account the moment payment completes. If you haven't spent any of the Qcoin from a purchase, you can ask for a refund. Once Qcoin from a purchase has been spent, that purchase is final, except in the cases below or where your local law says otherwise.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you buy from the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14 day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content this right ends when delivery starts with your consent. By buying Qcoin you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost at that moment.
3. When we do refund
- Unused Qcoin. If none of the Qcoin from a purchase has been spent, contact support and we refund that purchase. The Qcoin is removed from the account when the refund is issued.
- You paid and received nothing. If Qcoin did not arrive after a completed payment, contact support with your receipt; we credit the missing amount or refund the charge.
- Duplicate charge. Accidental double payments for the same purchase are refunded.
- Legal requirement. Where consumer law in your country requires a refund, we follow the law.
If a refund is granted, the corresponding Qcoin (and anything bought with it) is removed from the account.
4. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, contact support first; honest problems are fixed quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us is treated as potential fraud and the account may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
5. How to reach us
Use the contact form from your account email and include the purchase receipt (date, amount and the email on the payment). We answer as fast as we can.
