Update 2.0.0 brings a new currency that costs nothing: Legacy Seals. Every pilot earns them just by playing, and they buy permanent upgrades in the new Legacy Shop inside the Gold Shop. The Value Pack also gets new perks. Here is how it all works.

Legacy Seals

A free currency for every pilot: claim 10 Legacy Seals a day from Pilot Profile > Rewards > Daily.
They are per pilot, like credits. Each of your pilots earns their own.
Days add up. Every day you log in (or play through midnight UTC) adds one pending claim. If you skip claiming, the seals wait for you and you claim them day by day. Days you don't log in don't count.
Seals are a balance, not an item: they don't take an inventory slot. Your balance shows next to your Gold at the top of the Gold Shop, in blue, with its own Ł symbol.
The Time rewards of your Pilot Profile add more: 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 days played give 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 Legacy Seals. Days start counting with this update.

The Legacy Shop

A new LEGACY SHOP tab at the end of the Gold Shop, paid only with Legacy Seals:

Everything bought with seals is bound to your account and can't be sold on the marketplace.
The Buy button turns grey when you don't have enough seals, and items whose limit you reached show Sold out.

Value Pack: new perks

The Value Pack now gives, while it is active:

+25% EXP and +25% Honor.
+100 lt of cargo (new).
+8 inventory slots (new). They don't count towards the limit of slot expansions you can buy.
Extra action slots: the shop now shows the real number, 5 on PC and 4 on mobile.
Free respawns.
In a group, +10% EXP and Honor for every member with a Value Pack.

The old +10% on bonus boxes is gone.

New ways to get one without gold: the 1-day Value Pack in the Legacy Shop and a 14-day Value Pack in the new 3,000 hours Time reward of your Pilot Profile.

Blessings in the Gold Shop

Blessings now have four tiers (all the details are in the 2.0.0 patch notes). Gold Blessings (7, 15, 30 and 90 days) are Tier IV from the start: they protect your whole inventory. Your equipped gear, extras and life skill gear are always safe without one. More time still adds up.

Founder Offers and bundles

The Founder Pack now also includes a 30-day Blessing and 10 Loot Scrolls, on top of 7,000 gold, a 30-day Value Pack, 50 Artisan Antimatter, +16 inventory slots, three discount coupons, a Tier 3 pet and 2 premium ship skins of your choice.
Founder Offers are back on the NEW tab, which is the first one the Gold Shop opens on. The cards show their real value (x4, x8) instead of BEST VALUE, and discounted bundles show their -N% OFF.
The welcome bundles (Starter and Special) are available for 7 days from the creation of your pilot.

Also new in the Gold Shop

Preview for ship skins and drone skins: watch the skin fly in-game before you buy it. Drone skins show your ship with six drones wearing the skin.
Death effects (Glitch, Black Hole and Pumpkin Burst), the Pilot Name Change and the Faction Transfer can now be sold on the marketplace. Free gifts, like the Pilot Name Change every new pilot gets, can be used but not sold.
