Update 1.1.0: tutorial fixes, an honest laser and beacon balance

Two tutorial bugs that could leave new players stuck for good are fixed, plus a combat visual bug, a marketplace gap, and a round of balance and quality of life across beacons, ammo and Melt Skins.

TUTORIAL

Disconnecting mid-tutorial and coming back could softlock you completely: the game would drop you into a fresh run, but the screen kept showing your old base and nothing responded, no aliens, no way forward. Both causes are fixed. Reconnecting inside your own tutorial run now resumes it properly instead of getting rejected, and if the map ever fails to redraw right, it retries on its own instead of freezing there.

Salvage boxes dropped by the tutorial's aliens now glow with a pulsing gold ring, so anyone who skipped the mission text still knows what to grab.

COMBAT

Fixed a bug where any pilot firing HCB4 (x4) ammo showed up to OTHER players with the thick, glowing beam that's supposed to mean every laser slot is at PEN, even when their gear said otherwise. Reported by a tester who thought everyone else had a secret upgrade. Your own beam was never affected, only how other players' shots looked on your screen.

BEACONS

Fixed a gap in the marketplace where enchanted beacons jumped straight from base to +8, skipping +1 through +7 as individual listings.

Beacon durability bars are back to showing real accumulated fail damage: a beacon whose max durability took a real hit from failed enchants now shows the rust it should, instead of looking fully healthy just because its own max happens to be lower.

ECONOMY

Ammo craft costs are up for x3, x4 and RCB-100, x4 by the largest margin, to match how much stronger it is.

MELT SKINS

Cards in the Your Skins list are bigger and easier to read, and melting has two new sound effects instead of reusing the enchant ones.

PILOT MANAGEMENT

The pilot selection screen (desktop) now shows a pilot's pending deletion countdown and lets you cancel it from there, matching Settings. Before, a pilot scheduled for deletion looked completely normal with no way to tell from that screen.
